Our flagship — slow-fermented, hand-broken, impossibly snappable.
These started at our kitchen table — the same table where friends gather over coffee and charcuterie. We ferment the dough slowly, roll it thin, and bake it until it shatters just right against a wedge of cheese.
Made in small batches in Truckee, California. Shelf-stable and built to travel.

Organic wheat flour, Sourdough starter (flour, water), Butter, Sea salt, Olive oil.
